Bath muscle soaks.

These must be a scam, how on earth can all those ingredients penetrate the skin!

Surely it's just the bath water that relieves a bit of pain..

All those sea minerals they use....disgusting!.

Glenn. 13-06-2022 02:48 PM

They don’t. It’s the hot water that relieves it

Can't beat a radox bath.

You could still have 2.45 in your pocket and muscles relaxed without it...plus the environment would benefit more.

GoldHeart 13-06-2022 03:19 PM

It's nice radox

Baking soda is am extremely versatile product

bots 13-06-2022 04:57 PM

it increases the oxygen concentration in the water and that combined with the heat soothes your muscles more than it would if it were just hot water

Because cold water is very good for your body and it's also invigorating

It is the old fashioned cure ... the very , very best cure for heartburn or indigestion.

A level spoonful in half a cup/ glass of cold / aired water gives practically instant and long lasting relief- it’s not pleasant but it’s not gross -just knock it straight back

This is what they used for thousands of years ..

Can't beat a Lush bubble bar , snow fairy is my fave, a lovely pink bath covered in bubbles. OOh fab.

I haven't had a bath in years.....in fact the last time I had a bath was when I was in early labour with my son and he is 12 in October. I love the idea of a bath but the reality is an hour of waiting for the thing to run, a glass of wine, a good book and within 5 minutes I'm too hot, my book is damp and I jump in the shower  Its too much hassle

Get a cbd bath bomb.

Thank me later

Just got some Starry Night Westlab salts. Radox have a new orange flavour which I will try tonight together. Then watch BB in a sheet mask.

Just as I didn't spread my knowitallism on this thread back when it was made: it's not a scam, one of the best things for muscle cramps is magnesium and magnesium is absorbed better through the skin (soaking in a bath) than in tablet form.

You're welcome :hee:.
