in Birmingham and badly damaged at least three others.
Emergency services were called just after 20:30 BST to

boilers have numerous safety features built in to stop the risk of explosion, so it implies someone did a dodgy repair

Is it pathetic very sad that people resort to home repairs thatnthey cant afford ? thinking the boiler was prob condemmed and they used it ~ truth will out.
