Lee Bowyer sacked as Birmingham City Manager.

I'm not too surprised tbh, apart from the timing of it being just 3 weeks until the season starts anyway.

Reports are saying that John Eustace will be the new victim to replace Lee Bowyer.

Personally I think we're gone regardless of who we hire, I don't even think that we've fixed the Stadium yet, let alone winning matches.

Eustace will get all of the blame though like the Manager always does.

I'm just gonna laugh at this because if the club doesn't want to do well then why should I take them seriously.

It's the biggest clown in the Football League, and that's saying something considering Aston Villa exists.

For some reason BBC Sport won't link on here properly.

But the article is on there anyway if you want to read it.

Hopefully Birmingham will survive next season Mock.
A new manager may turn things around.

so so true :joker:

who i'd like to see in charge for Birmingham (one of these)

Pako Ayestaran - former Rafa Benitez right hand at Liverpool, got plenty of manager experience himself as well at Valencia, Maccabi Tel-Aviv, Tondela, Pachuca

Fred Grim, got experience as dutch national team assistent, as well as head coach of Willem II, RKC Waalwijk, Almere City, Ajax (Youth Academy, U19)

Stuart Pearce - Man City, England U21, West Ham United first team coach, Nottingham Forest, and quite a familiar name, former international player himself as well

Hopefully you're right Joey.

I'm gonna go into the season pessimistic, and hopefully be surprised in a good way by the end of the season.

Your picks aren't bad Nicky, it's just if we could attract any decent Manager in our current position.

Poor John Eustace.

May God have mercy on you, you poor bastard.

It would've been safer going for the Derby job.:joker:

Potentially John Eustace's first signing.

KROTV discusses this guy's CV in the video.

Bassini threatened Simon Jordan yesterday apparently.

I just don't know what to say anymore when it comes to this club, it just seems like whatever could go wrong for this club does go wrong.

John Eustace will turn grey by game 5.

Thanks for the link Dogeatdog.

I'm definitely more nervous after hearing about this.

It's still probably a step up from Bassini though who I really didn't want to get his hands on the club.

And btw in the comments section someone needs to tell b9 Brum to count.:joker:
