Dammit. I feel absolutely wrecked. It came on over night. I have a sore throat...full of a head cold and weak.

I have loads of tests Kate - if you really want to test, PM me your address and I will pop a couple of lateral flows in the post. Although by the time you receive them, you will probably be recovered :laugh:

They sell them in garages, shops and chemists over here, they're around €4 here

You need to try and sleep as much as possible, and dose up on liquid night nurse.

You can get them from thw pharmacy.
I got sent some, because I'm in the at risk category.
Get some rest and drink plenty of water.

That stuff is potent, I'm not even sure how they get away with selling it over the counter, last time I took some of that I wasn't right for days :laugh: Good if you're really sick though definitely

It makes you feel tired and hungover the next day. It contains 18% alcohol by volume

As someone who attends long covid clinic, I wish someone would have given me that advice!
