From what I know of his case he has been kept locked up because he wouldn't partake in any rehabilitation courses until about 10 years ago.
His argument is all his add ons are for crimes committed in, and caused by, the judicial system. I can see his point. After suffering years and years of physical and mental abuse during his early years of incarceration.
He sees the last 10 years as vindictive punishment by the system for his crimes within the system.
There is no justification for keeping him locked up, he has been living inside as a normal prisoner for years now, without any incidents. All he wants to do is paint. |
