boris is automatically excluded from the ballot, thats part of the rules after resignation

On the news it said something about them needing 10% of the membership or something and the total is increasing by around 2,000 each day

I can't blame people for joining if they want a say in who the next PM is tbh. Though what a choice, I don't actually care because neither will be good for the country.
