Rishi versus Liz. Who's the lesser of two evils?

Well Rishi has always seemed like a real nice guy soool

Labour must be dribbling with glee now .

One of these instead of Boris ..

I can go back to not giving a flying feck about politics again

Maybe Boris will rise again ...

Until then it’s “adios” from moi ..

Oh god, are these the final two? God help us

Cherie 20-07-2022 03:28 PM

Reluctantly Rishi who wears 500.00 Prada shoes to visit a building site during a cost of living crisis, that is how bad the two options are

Not Rishi for me,he has shown he is disloyal and slyIi'm annoyed as I really liked him at one point, the other lady I dont know much about,so at the moment Im not fussed .

I think Truss will struggle way more than Rishi, so if you want this lot out, you should be hoping for Truss.

Truss is Dacre (daily maily) and Sunak is Murdoch, so all this contest will show is who is the most powerful press baron. Taking back control, though

Probably best seeing as if it was down to you we'd still have that Muppet Norris running the country

It’s like picking between cyanide and arsenic

I cannot stand Truss the Alien lookalike.

She's as near 100% false as anyone can be in my view.

I can't see where Rishi is dishy but I voted him as the least horridly awful.

Both of these are tarnished by their Cabinet association with Johnson.
Plus both ARE and will be further tarnished by their defending and covering Johnson's deceit and lawbreaking even directly to the public in interviews.

As a firm Labour supporter this is a dream scenario for me that another political deceiver will replace the one just thrown out.

Starmer is dire but if he is in any way wise.
If he presents the right policies he should be able to capitalise on this gift of these atrocious pair of which one will be endorsed for their part in Johnson's deceit by the Con members.

One positive I'd take from it is.
If Sunak becomes PM, he would be more likely to clear out Rees-Mogg and the deluded Dorries.

Sunak is way more of an austerity hawk, so in order to try and protect tories from themselves during a CoL crisis, truss is a better option.

You know it’s a sorry state of affairs when the law breaking husband of someone under investigation for tax evasion is the lesser evil.

UserSince2005 20-07-2022 05:08 PM

I miss Boris already :bawling:

hijaxers 20-07-2022 05:13 PM

Had to say Truss as I detest Sunak ,my choice would be neither of them ~ what a mess the Tories are in ! Lucky they have the clown Starmer as leader of labour ~ he couldn't lead a dog down the road.
