ITV have some studios and stuff in Bovingdon don’t they? Pretty sure they’ve recently expanded as well, I think they’d be more likely to use space they already have as the site

Yes time to take all the money away from London

Oh my goodness I'm getting goosebumps from this. Reminds me of the good old days of an aerial view of the house getting built and people trying to get spoilers of the garden, whether there was a pool/hot tub etc
I'm so happy it's on its way back Itv2 dont let us down don't look at any channel 5 series for inspiration |
I like that the local authority that granted planning permission for those new studios is called Decorum ("behaviour in keeping with good taste and propriety").
Decorum is something we won't expect from Big Brother. |
It won't be Bovingdon, BBSpy & BigBlagger have tweeted.

It would not be a bad option, especially if you saved some money and didn't want to apply for a huge mortgage. Today real estate property prices are going down because of crisis and inflation, so you can wait a bit till prices fall more. I have also been planning to buy a house, but after consulting with Mortgage Broker Essex, I decided to wait. I'm planning to save even more money because banks/lenders have now increased their rates, and I don't want to go for a mortgage with a 2.9% rate for 5 years, so when I will have at least half of the necessary amount of money I will apply for a mortgage.

I can’t believe some people still think like this in 2023.

I would also really like to leave this crowded London and move somewhere North to live in a smaller village or town. Bovingdon looks not bad to me. I work remotely, so the location doesn’t matter much to me – all I need is a good Internet connection.
I rent a house now in London, and the mortgages here are extremely expensive, so I don’t even want to start because it will take me my entire life to pay a small flat off. It seems more reasonable for me to move to the north and be able to afford a better house for less money and live in better conditions than an average city inhabitant. Also, with the help of Mortgage Broker Bristol, it will be easier to pay my rent in full there. |
