Most of those, also Olive Oil, Balsamic Vinegar, Nuts, Seeds, Gherkins, Broccoli and I prefer making salads with Spinach leaves rather than Lettuce

I'm all about the dressing. You need a delicious olive oil, red wine vinegar, dijon mustard and runny honey mix.

Chop your salad up small, so even cherry toms are in qtrs, then peppers, red onion, sweetcorn, toms, lettuce, and cucumber.

Spinach is the enemy for me ! my body can't deal with it at all. Rocket is my fave.
