How can a serial killer be released? That's mental

more agony for the victim's families

had he been shot and incinerated this would not happen

i think it absolutely impossible that they would release him, and this is just the media making sure of it

Possibly even more insane.

Unless he was given a full life sentence and very few are given it’s how the system works.

They should be locked up with him!
