What a stupid thing to do, I'm not going to say I'm happy he's dead but as Kaz said i hope they don't euthanize the Lions for this

they must protect their young

How stupid & dumb can you get , it's like when pouches literally disturb Lions in their den . It's never going to end well,of course the animals will protect their turf.
