It's definitely strange times ahead that's for certain.

Obviously Football nor any of the other entertainment shouldn't be being pulled, that's just common sense.

People need escapism, not just stuck on one news story, no matter how big that news story is.

We're not meant to be China, so we shouldn't act like China.

I know I'm being blunt about it, but to me the country shouldn't come to a complete stand still when someone dies, we didn't have this for example when Margaret Thatcher died.

And just to clarify, it is sad what's happened to the Queen, and I do feel sorry for her family, I wouldn't be on this thread otherwise.

That's why I'm watching classic EastEnders.
If I keep watching the same thing over and over for 10 days I'll go crazy.

Basically if you wanna watch Masked Dancer then great, if you want to watch the coverage about the Queen's death then also great.

People should always and I mean always have alternative options to the current news.

I watched a you tube video of someone who said that too....came from a member of staff apparently. I think she had passed when they made the initial announcement this morning. We won't ever know though and I think thats right, she and the family, need to be able to have some privacy in these times

Liss Truss was informed of her death at around 4:30pm

i don't think so, they expanded and said she was comfortable and they wouldn't say that if she had already passed, because in these times, that would get out.
