How’s your psychological well-being at the moment?

I won’t open the mental health can of worms specifically because once you start getting into the banner of discrete disorders it takes on a nature that this thread isn’t supposed to be broad enough to cover but how would you rank your psychological state of mind at the moment? Do you feel content within yourself (however that would manifest for you) or are you struggling a bit?

Crimson Dynamo 03-11-2022 11:19 AM

all good

:spin:

Redway 03-11-2022 12:14 PM

I’d be in a better mood if certain circumstances were more aligned in my favour at the moment but compared to a lot of people I can’t complain.

Cherie 03-11-2022 12:45 PM

Can't complain at all thankfully

Has inflation affected anyone for the worse?

Niamh. 03-11-2022 02:55 PM

My conclusions from studying these Poll results are Irish people are the happiest followed by the Scots and trailing behind are the English :pipe:

Redway 03-11-2022 02:56 PM

Are you Irish, Cherie?

I have less in my pocket, but been through recessions before, so you just go to roll with it, what can we do about it, nada and these things are cyclical

You notice the difference…but cutting back on luxuries helps…in more ways than one…

Crimson Dynamo 13-11-2022 05:43 PM

I remember living by candlelight and blankets in the 70s

I'm tired about 80% of the time without even doing anything, even small tasks wear me out, I basically have to nap at lunchtime in order to function in the afternoon ... I have a lifelong condition which causes joint and limb pain, but since Covid they've been a lot worse, as has depression.

Well they've done a bunch of tests to rule out similarly presenting things, and when they came up with goose egg I was referred to the Long Covid Clinic...

If it isn't Long Covid, god knows what's happening to me :joker:
