Nah I think it's a bad habit, fair enough if it's helped you off the cigarettes but the number of people who vape who never even smoked is ridiculous especially amongst teens

Crimson Dynamo 22-12-2022 12:03 PM

fills your lungs with oil particles

Cherie 22-12-2022 12:10 PM

No and it looks ridiculous standing in a plume of smoke

When does this happen? I've smoked everyday for the past 30 years (that's more than a quarter of a century) and I haven't been killed.

Vanessa 22-12-2022 12:21 PM

No. I gave up smoking ages ago.

Its mainly teens who seem obsessed with it in the same way they are with energy drinks and wasting money on Canada Goose coats and all dressing alike

My dad started smoking when he was 13, stopped when he was 55 and he's now 66 - his lungs are ****ed and it'll probably finish him off by his early 70's.

So my answer to your question would be; "Not usually that young but it'll probably get'cha in the end, and if you've been doing it long enough, it might be too late to stop anyway".

I do of course know people who smoked life-long and died well into their 80's of non-related things. So it doesn't kill everyone... ... ... just lots of people,

Yeah my mum smoked when she was young but quit when she married my dad and had my brother (approx 22/23). Her cause of death was metastatic lung cancer  that had spread to her brain and spine. She had no usual lung cancer symptoms, no cough etc (the only reason she went to docs was because one of her eyes drooped and the diagnosis came on 3rd November and she died 3rd December) but they said her smoking will have been a catalyst no matter how long ago. Scares the **** out of me to be honest as I smoked till my early 30s.

However my grandad smoked 60 a day at times and was almost 80 when he passed.

I swear if I ever catch my kid smoking I'll kill him myself
