ITV boss "overwhelmed" by response to BB return
 

Speaking this week to the Broadcasting Press Guild, ITV programmes boss Kevin Lygo said: 'People thought that Big Brother would never come back but we were overwhelmed by the response when we announced it.'

He wants Marcus Bentley to return as show narrator. Marcus has already stated that he'd love to return.

and i hope whilst being overwhelmed he listens to 100% of voices saying

normal people
no love island zombies
no Strictly virtue signaling box tickers

I honestly wouldn't mind BB coming back similar to The Traitors in terms of how the Show is edited, plus the cutthroat gameplay.

I just hope it doesn't come back like Love Island like you've also said.

the previous Big Brother UK concept was a HUGE flop so why would you want to be reminded of that

It wasn't poor because of him.
It was the daft endless twists and at times choices of housemates which brought it down.

I still liked it.
I never wanted it to end.

Marcus can only do the commentary on what the content is and what is seen.
It's not his fault.

Anyway what should age matter??

(Plus I don't chop and change my view from day to day).

I've always said BigBrother had more mileage in it.
Never said anything different.

Not destroy, but definitely paranoia.
