lampard is sacked
Everton have sacked manager Frank Lampard after less than a year in charge at Goodison Park. Defeat at fellow strugglers West Ham United on Saturday was Everton's ninth loss in 12 Premier League games. They are second from bottom of the table with 15 points from 20 matches, above Southampton on goal difference. Former England midfielder Lampard, 44, replaced Rafael Benitez in January 2022 with the team 16th in the table and helped Everton avoid relegation. Everton are now looking for their sixth permanent manager in five years. |
No surprise, think he probably needs a break from managing.
|
He had a good break after Chelsea I think he might be a better Championship Manager or maybe a team not vying for top 10
|
Steve and Frank to be the new Saint and Greavesy? :amazed:
|
His gonna be our next Manager I just know it.

If we go down then there still won't be any English club that have played more seasons in the English top division than us.
We'll still be the biggest and best club in the country. That you can't take away. |
I want either Ferguson or Rooney. Or even both.
We need someone in there that knows what it means and takes to pull on the famous Blue shirt. And not be a yes man to the money men. Failing that, I'd have Moyes back. |
Slim Reaper would usually be on here gloating, but those Liverpool fans are always quiet if they're not doing so good. Not as loyal as the Evertonian's.

Big Dunc and Rooney

Ferguson when he took over briefly. Look how real a person the man is. Look how much love and respect there is between himself and the Evertonian's.

https://pbs.twimg.com/media/Fl0k-0RX...g&name=900x900 The best time to mock everton is when there is a bit of hope, but at the moment it would be like kicking a kid out of a wheelchair, and not even i can bring myself to do that. Still holding out hope that you can finish 4th from bottom. |
|
Whoever gets the gig will have a tough task on their hands.
|
They will go for someone that will be cheap, like Duncan, but they need a clear out, top to bottom if they want to make progress

Everton will continue talks with Marcelo Bielsa about becoming their new manager but will also consider appointing their former boss Sam Allardyce.
The gift that keeps on giving :joker: |

How can Bielsa save Everton when he takes ages to get each squad to understand then employ his tactics !? He has no time unless they are expecting to go down with him and staying up would be a bonus ? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro |
