Is it onions on the bottom..then beans on top of that, before adding corned beef for the next layer...all topped of with mashed potatoes and a crispy cheese topping?

Never had it, but according to this video it's just potato and onion.

Needs some cheese and corned beef at the very least alf.

Never heard of it ~ i'm suspicious of pies and what may be hiding inside , you can hide all manner of things in a pie.

Sometimes folk dont hide enough stuff in pies...like greggs, Gregg's and their steak bake. Turns out its more a gravy bake.
