Quite right. Cancel that culture. We don't want that culture in our country. We may say we want diversity, but we don't really mean it in reality.

The only people angry are the ones so unbelievably sensitive that Lilt now somehow offends them.

Regular, normal people just think it's pathetic. My first reaction was laughter.

I doubt this is related to cancel culture - those adverts were over 20 years ago and no one probably even remembered them till today. I heard this story a few times today talking about the drinks waning popularity and this thread is the first time I've heard the name change being related to cancel culture

It's more likely that the drinks sales have declined over the years and they'd rather bring it under the Fanta name then keep it as a separate brand

It’s a drink I loved when I was young but haven’t had it for years, it would probably be too sweet for me now
