[This is the dramatic moment a fight broke
out between a cyclist and bus driver
on a busy London road.
The altercation happened between a man
and woman on the 49 bus route near
Battersea Bridge, London,
at 7.20am on Tuesday.

The footage, captured by a commuter,
shows the cyclist knock the
bus driver's phone out of his hand
when approaching her.
The bus driver then pushes her
and scrambles to pick up his phone,
only to stand back up and knock
the cyclist's hat off
The cyclist quickly slaps the bus driver
to which he forcefully kicks her bike,
causing other commuters to intervene.

A witness said she didn't see how it
began but other passengers claimed
the cyclist kept 'hitting the bus' with her
hand as the vehicle went over
Battersea Bridge.

She said the bus driver 'yelled' at the
cyclist about halfway across the bridge
which caused the cyclist to dismount
and 'hold up all traffic'.

The cyclist then began to 'taunt' the driver
and cycle 'really slowly' in front of the bus,
according to the witness.

She said the altercation lasted for about
ten minutes before the cyclist sped away. ]

It will probably end up being the drivers fault somehow

I have ao much respect for bus drivers.
Their job has a lot of responsibility and it's made harder by cyclists who think they own the road.

Sadly I detest bus drivers ..

I can only speak for my ‘area’ but the bus drivers seemingly have their own version of Highway Code ..
Rule number one appears to be:-

Indicate and then immediately pull out into confluent traffic taking no account of the dangers for the above mentioned traffic ..

Entitled cyclists are the worst

Drivers in my are are really nice. We're lucky.

The Cyclist sounds like a psychopath.
