A step down from bats at least

They look a bit like Lidl "jelly worms". Love those.

Speaking of a rain of worms - we got my daughter's hamsters some dried mealworm and I had the genius idea of putting them in a tupperware tub in the basket where we keep all of their spare bedding and stuff like that and it's come open in there so now there are little dried worms ****ing EVERYWHERE.

Just thought I'd share that.

This has to be bullsh1t, doesn't it?

It can't rain worms can it?

Surely someone has just thrown a few worms over some cars and filmed it and claimed it's raining them?

Maybe a freak gust of wind picked up a worm farm, and deposited them across the streets?

Is it not something to do with strong winds carrying them into the air in storms? There was similar stories about it raining frogs and I read that that was the explanation for it

Is that possible? Is there history of that happening before?

I know it can genuinely rain fish/frogs so I guess it can probably rain worms too.

Basically they've been sucked up by a storm over the water or, I guess, wherever these worms came from and they can get held up in the stormclouds by the storm, then when the storm hits land and starts to lose energy they all fall back down.

You should watch "Magnolia" if you haven't seen it Alf - weird film, it rains frogs at the end. Also Tom Cruise is in it as a red pill / Andrew Tate type character :joker:. Actually one of his better/more dynamic roles as he's not the hero for a change - or even the main character at all :omgno:
