La La Land is really excellent (no relation I promise :joker: )
Not only is it a good story with good music it's wonderfully shot too. Damien Chazelle is a fantastic director. Makes Los Angeles look beautiful. |
Cabaret is another great one too, although I hate how dumbed down/glamourized it is compared to the actual theatre show version. That's so, so dark.
