Malta has Blocked 400 Illegal Migrants from docking

overnight and that they had informed authorities.

a rescue operation so far, they added.]

the boat with two merchant ships nearby.]

The only way to solve the migrant crisis is to not allow the boats :shrug:

(Not saying they shouldn't be rescued, but better to drop them off at their departure point)

Dump them back at Libya?
I think that Libya will not allow that.
