yes. Leaving a small kid hanging by its arms with no way out other than falling is not smart

I cant imagine that would be ideal for the babies young developing bones

I thought it looked very dangerous, that baby won't really understand what's going on and could be quite hurt if she fell. Wouldn't be that easy for Joe to catch her

It’s fine, it’s a cute photo that most likely took no more than a few seconds, as long as a child isn’t getting hurt, abused or mentally tortured by its parents, people need to keep their noses out of the way other people parent

Babies have very soft bones, they shouldn't be hanging from stuff designed for older kids/adults

Don’t post your cute baby and family pictures online because weirdly nosey and morally superior people are going to criticise you for doing something they wouldn’t, what a normal society we live in

Then let’s ban toys for babies as well, let’s stop parents holding their babies, because they might drop them

First one looks fine as he's there ready to catch, second one is dodgy (for the younger kid) because no one is there to catch.

Other than that ... it's fine for kids of all ages to play in ways that are not 100% safe. There's an increasing tendency to not just let kids play.

The first one looks fine as he is near the baby to catch them. The sand will soften the blow too

I think what people forget is a photo is frozen for a million years in time, it might have literally just been a few seconds and then Joe is under the bars to safely catch the baby . So while it seems a bit risky ....I wouldn't exactly say he was being a "bad parent" . Hopefully the baby was fine .

First photo I'm talking about of course. As for the second photo with the 2 children...that one looks more careless,but he probably is underestimating the dangers just because it's sand beneath them.
