Is this bad parenting from Joe Wicks?

Well?

bots 13-04-2023 07:52 AM

yes. Leaving a small kid hanging by its arms with no way out other than falling is not smart

Crimson Dynamo 13-04-2023 07:56 AM

I cant imagine that would be ideal for the babies young developing bones

arista 13-04-2023 08:17 AM

The Kid is only there for few seconds.

We need a Video.

terrible, its tantamount to child abuse, the baby doesn't look too happy with it either

what is wrong with people and their incessant need to take pictures of their children and post them online ...is this supposed to be some kind of look what my kid can do at 9 months ....just bog off

we can dangle you off the shard for a few seconds see how you like it then

MTVN 13-04-2023 09:40 AM

I thought it looked very dangerous, that baby won't really understand what's going on and could be quite hurt if she fell. Wouldn't be that easy for Joe to catch her

It’s fine, it’s a cute photo that most likely took no more than a few seconds, as long as a child isn’t getting hurt, abused or mentally tortured by its parents, people need to keep their noses out of the way other people parent

Don't post it online then, send it to Grandpa

He is out of the news now so I suppose its a way to get people talking.

Babies have very soft bones, they shouldn't be hanging from stuff designed for older kids/adults

Liam- 13-04-2023 10:21 AM

Don’t post your cute baby and family pictures online because weirdly nosey and morally superior people are going to criticise you for doing something they wouldn’t, what a normal society we live in

Its not a moral issue...

Its just stupid to put a small baby in danger of hurting themselves

Barry. 13-04-2023 01:09 PM

I read this as John Wicks, as in the action movie.

Then let’s ban toys for babies as well, let’s stop parents holding their babies, because they might drop them

user104658 13-04-2023 01:38 PM

First one looks fine as he's there ready to catch, second one is dodgy (for the younger kid) because no one is there to catch.

Other than that ... it's fine for kids of all ages to play in ways that are not 100% safe. There's an increasing tendency to not just let kids play.

Barry. 13-04-2023 01:55 PM

The first one looks fine as he is near the baby to catch them. The sand will soften the blow too

People telling other people how to parent will always be funny

GoldHeart 13-04-2023 02:26 PM

I think what people forget is a photo is frozen for a million years in time, it might have literally just been a few seconds and then Joe is under the bars to safely catch the baby . So while it seems a bit risky ....I wouldn't exactly say he was being a "bad parent" . Hopefully the baby was fine .

Edit
First photo I'm talking about of course. As for the second photo with the 2 children...that one looks more careless, but he probably is underestimating the dangers just because it's sand beneath them.

Well, speaking of @ any Maddie McCann threads, bit rich to be outraged at this guys parenting but perfectly fine with leaving 3 babies alone in an apartment while you go on a night out resulting in one of those children's disappearance into thin air.....

Drugging your kids so you can go out on the piss on holiday with your friends is perfectly fine, putting your kid on a bar while you’re not even half a foot away? Call cps

Livia 13-04-2023 02:56 PM

Asher would probably hang there all day. He's like a monkey...
