Sudan Army Fighting a Paramilitary group, Deaths in a Civil War
[KHARTOUM, April 15 (Reuters) - Sudan's
main paramilitary group and the regular armed forces exchanged gunfire in Khartoum and elsewhere in the country on Saturday in an apparent struggle for control. The army rejected assertions by the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) that they had seized the presidential palace, the army chief's residence and airports in Khartoum and the northern city of Merowe.] They are Fools taking on the Sudan Army as they have Fighter Jets that will Kill them all. https://www.theguardian.com/world/li...t-news-updates https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-africa-65284945 https://news.sky.com/story/us-ambass...pital-12857617 |

Valid Point. Its on all the News to me to fight a Official Army with Fighter Jets is crazy. Fighter Jets will win this internal war. Also, they were getting ready for real elections for a Non-Military control. All that will now get delayed |
Yes I've been following this today, awful yet grimly fascinating. This RSF group have been murdering and raping their way across the country for years but are too powerful to be controlled. There's no good guys here and no one fighting for anything meaningful, just different bunches of criminals

I mean honestly, South sudan (majority Christian) has been around for 5 minutes and is already more peaceful than Sudan that has been around for centuries. |

[Fierce clashes have been reported across Sudan
as fighting between rival armed factions continues to spread. The escalation came on the second day of violence between the army and a paramilitary group called the Rapid Support Forces (RSF). More than 60 people have been killed, and one estimate puts the number of injured at more than 1,000. Witness reports suggest the army may be gaining the upper hand. Earlier on Sunday, both sides held a temporary ceasefire to allow the wounded to be evacuated, although it was not clear how strictly they stuck to it. The fighting is part of a vicious power struggle within the country's military leadership, escalating into violence between rival factions.] https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-africa-65293538 |

Vote Trump, end war.

One of the legacy's of decolonisation is that Russia and China are the big players in Africa now and no one really cares about the West
