Knew them as friends? or just know them as the guy who's worked in the same shop for years? or neighbour who you see sometimes?.

I'm not sure either way if i would watch it.

Knew them vaguely like a neighbour or passing acquaintance then absolutely, I'm a curtain-twitcher and would need to get the T.

You normally find out all the true facts if you know the person, other than read the crap in the papers, so it would be interesting to see how it is actually portrayed.
