Deputy PM Raab has now Resigned/ Oliver Dowden New Deputy PM
[Politics latest: Raab bullying report handed
to Number 10 as deputy PM's future hangs in the balance Rishi Sunak's spokesperson confirms the PM received the report this morning and is 'carefully considering the findings', but won't offer a timeline for when it will be published.] If Sunak lets him stay some Civil Servants will leave their jobs. https://news.sky.com/story/politics-...inent-12593360 |
they have to make the report public, so Sunak can't wash it away
|
He’ll stick around no matter what the report says, Rishi doesn’t want to look weak to the far right delegation of his party by holding his people accountable for their actions

Yes, it has been reported it will go public. Just Sunak and his team getting the statement ready |

Well then many Civil Servants will leave.................................... They can Bugger Off |

10 Downing Street has
said nothing on that report today. |
Rishi, will do exactly what dominic tells him to do. Weak little midget.
|
it's unlikely he is getting sacked. The other guy was fired within minutes of Sunak receiving the report on him

But the Report may say he Broke Parliament Rules Dom said if that is the case he will resign So anytime soon, he could still resign today. Unless we find out Tomorrow Dom is not guilty and that report clears him............... |

Of Course It all down to the Prime Minister Sunak who has delayed his decision, which is sneaky. |
Raab said if the report confirmed he was bullying he would resign
|
Quote:
Yes, we must assume this report does not say he was a Bully |

If this had in the main cleared Raab of any bullying intent or in fact bullying.. Then I'd think Sunak would have wanted to rush out and declare that. He'll be looking at how he can present as best a plausible deceit to avoid the need for any action. As for Raab resigning, he's now crawled up the backside of now at least 4 Prime Ministers. This PM.however needs Raab onside with him. So I think more possibly, how it can be presented as plausible to keep him and take no action is being worked out. Which will be a continuation of the deceit of former Con PMs. Johnson dismissed a report such as this on Patel. I wouldn't be surprised in the slightest if Sunak sets out to deceive too. I still think, had it cleared Raab of anything They'd both, Sunak and Raab, in a probable 'we told you so line' would likely have been screaming that from the rooftops within a couple of hours of seeing the report. |
Yes Joey
Keeping the report Secret for 24hours Sunak is Sneaky................... |
i agree with Joey. If Sunak was going to sack Raab, it would have been done within minutes of receiving the report. There is no way he didn't know exactly what was in the report before receiving it and now he is looking at how it can be fudged
If he indeed choses not to sack him when all the evidence suggests he should be gone, then it will be the beginning of the end for Sunak and he wont last until the summer Book mark this post now  |

I saw Gina Miller on Piers Morgan's show last night and she said quite a while back she was in a lift with Raab and when the doors opened he said to her I can't decide if you're a bitch or just naive !
|
The report is probably very wishy washy and doesn't make a firm conclusion either way
|
'Wishy washy fishy rishi'.
So his capability of making a correct decision for the Country, his governnent and those who have identified themselves as the probable victims, will be to possibly fudge the issue and only set out to protect him and Raab. No one else. I kind of hope he refuses to act and if he leaves Raab who was a hopeless Justice secretary before, a disastrous Foreign secretary, again now a useless Justice secretary and an insult to the office of deputy PM. Then this is an issue which will not go away at all. |
