The term ‘disgusted onlooker’ is weird to me, if you’re disgusted by something happening, stop looking?

Also going by that picture, it looks like he’s got something on, so he’s not naked?

Yeah, he's got his socks and shoes on. Leave him alone.

He seems to be out in the wilderness, not running through a residential area, so I dont see the issue

Running naked through a field of sheep might be seen as sus ...
