Famed British author Martin Amis has died aged 73 after a battle with cancer.
Author of fifteen novels including Money and London Fields, he was twice listed for the Booker Prize and is credited with redefining UK fiction in the late twentieth century with his biting comic outlook. Never read his stuff, but heard of him as the son of Kingsley Amis, also a famed writer. Farewell. RIP. |
