when they are abroad

they are getting desperate

it's when they are desperate that they are at their most dangerous

If Putin wants to see his country blitzed then go for it.

If he is actually smart and realises that his country can barely handle taking on one country let alone adding a second, then he would know to leave the UK Politicians and the rest of us alone.
