Phew

I don’t think I eat many if any of the foods highlighted in the program …

Maybe Bacon / Spam and Flora but I only have them once or twice a week .. sometimes not at all

who doesn't want ham that lasts for 6 months in the fridge :laugh:

I’m sure I saw a TiKTok a while ago showing someone who bought ready meals from Macdonalds ans BurgerKing and stored them in plastic containers ( in a cupboard) for months on end and they never deteriorated !!

Never go there thankfully
