The horrible 'fashion', women wearing ugly white trainers with summer dresses

Horrible.:fist:

:hee:

Cherie 14-06-2023 04:18 PM

women don't dress for you Gusto, sorry to break it to you :hee:

Niamh. 14-06-2023 04:18 PM

I think it's great women don't feel like they have to wear uncomfortable shoes for the sake of other peoples approval. Comfort is king (I also think they look nice with dresses too)

Zizu 14-06-2023 04:19 PM

Agreed !!

I don’t like those clumpy shoes or big wedges so many women wear these days

I'm guessing women don't care what you think about their style choices

Beso 14-06-2023 04:27 PM

I'm all for that look..

Trainers dont fall out out the sweaty hands like ankles do, when hoisted aloft on a summers afternoon.

Then they should, because white trainers with a summer dress is just sinful.:hee:

Why say something like that to me when we are just discussing general preferences ?

There’s no need to get personal

I don’t think anyone is telling women what to wear …

Many women do dress for men though .. some get it right , some get it wrong .,

We’ve just highlighted the ‘errors’ from guys perspective

:)

Why should a woman dress for a man? Surely any real man would be happy if the women in their lives dressed in a way that made them (the woman) feel comfortable and good about herself.

I've never known any woman in my life who has dressed for a man! We should all (men and women) dress however we want without being told we at making "errors". Seems very draconian to me.

Please yourself what you put on, just dont expect me to hold your hand.:joker:

Cherie 14-06-2023 08:02 PM

I used to work with someone whose husband always wanted her in heels, so even in the most inappropriate settings she was in heels....just bizarre and controlling behaviour
