Ben Johnson vs Usain Bolt
The two greatest of all time.
Obviously, Usain will go down as the GOAT but Ben was phenomenal for his time. His legend is ruined by politics. Yes he used performance enhancing drugs but so did 6 of the 8 runners in that final. He was singled out because Carl Lewis was who the money was behind. I have no doubt that Usain also used performance enhancing drugs too, most of them do. But he was too valuable to money makers. It's disgusting what they did to Ben. |

They should give him his two Gold medals back. |
It's the most famous 100m race in history. I remember the hype for this race at the time was bigger than any 100m race in history.
Carl Lewis was eventually awarded the Gold medal and the record books still give him it. But he was drugged too. And watch this video at 7:11, Lewis steps out of his lane. So he should have been disqualified for that and Linford Chrisie should be the winner more than Lewis. Linford was also drugged.. |

These Jamaican sprinters of the last decade in both mens and womens came from nowhere to dominate and where knocking times of their personal bests that didn't add up. |

****ing **** that you are.:hehe: |
I think Ben Johnson would be so far in front of Usain Bolt at half way that it would just put Bolt under pressure and he wouldn't be able to catch him. Ben Johnson was the greatest starter and he could maintain his speed over 100 metres.
Usain may go down as the GOAT and I wouldn't argue with that. But both at their best, Johnson wins. The guy ran 9.79 in 1988 |
