So I had my second telephone counselling session today.
 

Was therapeutic. I cried a lot.

Feeling drained, but lighter of heart.

Kim, my counsellor, is lovely. I really opened up to her about my relationship, and problems. And how things are impacting our life together. I'm not going into further details. I won't bore you all anyway.

You lot triggered me into taking these steps. I thank you sincerely.
