No, don't be silly

Silverstone is an historical, iconic, memorable event

and with the great summer weather forecasts for upcoming weekend, we could be seeing loads of families on the stands there :D

Nicky91 04-07-2023 01:40 PM

they are in france now as of yesterday

seems peaceful so far through some smaller villages

in about 20km from now, we will have more excitement in a sprint at Notre-Dame des Cyclistes, which is at a church where they pray before every Tour for safety each stage and you have loads of shirts of iconic riders there such as Jacques Anquetil, Bernard Hinault, Luis Ocana

that latter Ocana lived for many years close to that church, in Caupenne-d'Armagnac, until he committed suicide back in 1994, the Tour winner of 50 years ago got his last farewell in Notre-Dame des Cyclistes

smudgie 23-07-2023 05:42 PM

Well done to Jonas Vingegaard.
Fantastic tour again this year, only upset for me was Cav having to finish early due to a nasty fall and injury.

Roll on the Tour De Yorkshire.:cheer2:
