How sad…I remember watching a programme she did about it and what her chances were of getting it…

LaLaLand 05-07-2023 01:19 AM

Always liked her. So sad.

Her meds are 3 Injections a day.
If she has the real drug as it's
a Placebo trial she is on.

Horrible illness.
Very sad news.

Very sad, 62 seems quite young for Alzheimers

With Fiona Phillips, she is such an obvious bubbly character, so the impact of the disease hits home much harder

arista 05-07-2023 05:12 PM

She has kept this Quiet
for 18 months

Dogeatdog 05-07-2023 06:47 PM

She said she had 'brain fog' and I didn't know what that was so I looked it up.

It's utterly terrfying. You're constantly confused, cannot remember close friends' names, or even your wife's or husband's names.

A state of fear too that you're in some strange place you cannot escape from.

It's a living nightmare.
