Ive saw a few people's banners and avatars are the mosaic patterns above the cooker and table etc but with their names on it instead. I was just wondering if there is a website that does this or did those people do it themselves.

And can anyone show me how to do it please?

Takes a while. I've done mine and both of Matt's, and it takes too long to do.
