'I knew that I'd been raped': X Factor star Lucy Spraggan reveals she was
sexually assaulted by a hotel porter after partying with Rylan Clark while on the
hit ITV show - and it was the real reason she quit

• Spraggan has told how she felt let down by ITV after the callous attack in 2012
• Her rapist was caught and eventually sentenced to 10 years behind bars

But having made it through three live shows, the brutal attack left her unable
to continue the show due to strong side effects of Pep medication - a drug
given to her by doctors which can prevent someone contracting HIV.

The assault is said to have happened after fellow contestant Rylan Clark's
25th birthday party, where staff and singers were given 'free alcohol' -
ultimately leading to Spraggan, now 31, falling unconscious.

After a party she passed out in a hotel and a proter unloocked her room and raped her!

hotel porter who helped her back to her room after a night out, he left the door on the latch but Rylan went to check on her so he closed the door properly so the guy had to use his pass to get in which is how he was caught

Was he a British Porter?

It was the Hotel employing a rapist/criminal
they failed

Unlikely he was from the UK, cheap labour for that job so hire non-uk

Sad story, and an awful ordeal for her, but I dont like how ryland name keeps getting mentioned in the story as though it was his fault.

He may have some dodgy friends to keep appearing in all these scandals
