McDonalds UK : Young girls, Sexually abused by older staff

https://i.dailymail.co.uk/1s/2023/07...9665114721.jpg
[Former worker from a Berkshire franchise Shelby,
16, told the BBC she thought that McDonald's
'don't really think about their staff at all']

Shelby talking on BBC news Worldwide HD
said the old man grabbed her
and put her on his lap.

Nothing was done about that?

Typical McDonalds UK
Not helping other Female staff

Another young lady left
when a Older man
asked her did she want to see his Penis?

That Man was sacked, by UK McDonald's Heads Office

The Young lady will not return to McD UK
, though

top comment: "My son left recently having worked there since age 17. Brilliant first job
and good pay. He was on the counter. With that many branches, there are bound to be
individuals who act badly and there needs to be a system for reporting them. But this isn't
a systemic problem across the entire company."

This isn't the first time that we've heard about bad treatment towards employees by McDonald's Management.

I get that when you're a big corporation like McDonald's it's going to have the odd trouble maker/sex pest or other personality defects, but it does appear to be more of an epidemic at McDonald's than in most Fast Food chains.

This old guy needs locked up. But of course if he was arrested, the police would probably say he was acting out of 'natural human instincts.'

The language the cops use these days is crazy. That dangerous pervert wearing a dress at Pride, who'd just been released from prison for serving 30 years for attempted murder, he called for all women to be punched in the face. The police response was that he was acting with his right to 'free speech'.

Insane.:fist:

McDonalds is a franchise, so it's really not a big corporation. Each McDonalds is operated by its own management. It has to abide by the McDonalds brand guidelines, but thats it
