As she's been ill, I'd say that's a good enough reason to not have submitted yet. I'd give her some more time.

Yes she has been poorly. It's just she's usually the first to submit her song. I'm concerned.

All the more reason to give her a bit longer. If she was a serial delayer then fair enough, but if she needs a bit more time because she's been ill, then I wouldn't say that's a problem.
