I don't know what it means.

A tv studio musical performance could mean any performance ever from Top of the pops.

Or old grey whistle test, the tube, jools etc..

You could probably do a top 50 countdown.

Shaun ryder on TFI for example.

This one must have left the viewers speechless. They'd have never witnessed anything like that before at that time.

Just before they became the biggest band in the world, they played an iconic performance on the late Friday night channel 4 show "The Word"

Jools Holland has had many great performances over the years but I always remember watching this one and being mesmerised.

Very rare you'd hear Freddie sing without making into comedy but here he sings with Elvis Presley's backing group The Jordanaires and sings seriously. What a voice Freddie had.

Just learnt that one Blondies greatest ( early) hits was a COVER !!!!
