She isn't keeping her job.:joker:

But seriously that's a bizarre way to respond to a complaint, wtf is wrong with some people these days.

she actually shot at the car as it sped off and he didn't get his curly fries

The Slim Reaper 27-09-2023 08:54 PM

I think I read earlier that there was a pregnant woman and child in the car. Absolutely mental. Just give them some fries and keep it moving.

did she wait 5 seconds?

You’ve got to be careful when responding to certain complaints though. Sometimes people will take one comment that got said or one thing (‘we’re out of stock for this particular item but I can give you x-alternative’ can become ‘this person refused to give me x’) and take it out of context deliberately, to stir up conflict and get that particular person moved on. I would’ve just given her the fries and kept it pushing but sometimes people can be snaky. And the general public in the States be wild on another level.

Good point.

I remember a case last year I think it was, where a customer killed a Subway worker because they gave the customer the wrong item.

That was absolutely bonkers, and to clarify it was in America.

That’s the general American public at their worst for you. And between here and there people can turn around, point the finger and say literally anything.

Americans

user104658 28-09-2023 09:24 AM

The only thing I ever fired at customers was a pithy remark or some obvious disdain. That was usually enough. America is still the wild wild west.

user104658 28-09-2023 09:26 AM

I would add though: the customer is unequivocally NOT always right. :joker:

The customer started chucking the food at the window...why?

pulling a gun though
