Really excited for this. Plus BBC seem to be invested in the idea of it performing well. It’s going to be launching in the slot after Strictly.

Jury Vote in the final????? oh so that is the different thing between Survivor and what we got Expeditie Robinson, here our winner is decided by a ultimate final challenge, not votes

so that'll be new for me (or at least the only different thing to what i as a dutchie am used to)

Is Survivor the series from way back where one quirky bloke was isolated from the others and lived alone in a hut some way away from the main building ?

Yep. BBC have confirmed 28th October. 8 week run. Airing at the weekends so it’s been kept away from Big Brother which is fantastic.

That doesn’t sound correct no lol.

It’s where two tribes face off in physical challenges to win rewards and immunity and then the losing tribe face a tribal council to vote the “weakest” out.

Half way through the tribes merge and it becomes every man and woman for theirselves battling for immunity and then the jury decide at the end who should win. No public votes.
