TikToker commits suicide on his Live Stream after being accused of being a Paedophile

Don't worry I'm not going to show the Stream.

Honestly from what's being said from this Optimus dude, it seems like the three people had some sort of vendetta against this guy, nobody seems to know the reason for why they set him up like they did.

Either way there's no excuse for such evil actions, imo all three of these people should face Prison time.

Is there a Link for this?

I'm glad I don't have tick tock anymore.
But this is horrible. Those people should go down for murder.

If you mark any videos that you don’t care for … as “not interested” the app learns and tailors future clips your tastes

It just takes a short time ..

Social media, eh? Kids' mental health at an all time low.... people committing suicide... The Internet is suck a marvelous thing, maybe people ought to have some kind of head check before they're allowed on it. Honestly, it's done more harm than good in my opinion and I dread the day my kids are old enough to want to be involved.

I couldn't agree more Livia. I fear for my childrens children. Social Media is destructive in so many ways. I was listening to the radio the other day where a school wanted to ban phones as children were filming other children getting bullied in the playground and then posting it up on Social Media...but then you get parents up in arms because their children 'need' their phones for personal safety ...You go out and see children in a Restaurant on their phones whilst the Adults talk....The hideous stuff you can see on SM is just vile.
I mean I feel sorry for this guy of course...but to film his own suicide for others to see is equally damaging and distressing for those that will be able to see it.

I agree with all of that. In my opinion phones shouldn't be allowed in schools. If you wanted to take photos of kids in school you would have to get their parents to sign an agreement. But kids can film each other being bullied. It's appalling.

It's definitely a tightrope. Too much online and especially naivety/unawareness online is a huge problem. At the same time, you can't "opt out" and just keep your kids away from it as its such a normal part of teenage life these days that they'll just be ostracised in other ways if they can't take part at all.

The key for us has been open involvement and lots and lots of education/conversation so that she's already been pre-warned and prepared for the things she'll encounter. She also STILL tells us absolutely everything, well into her teens, which I think is not always the case and probably not something that can be orchestrated as a parent. I think it's just a helpful personality quirk that she has.

There probably will be one somewhere on the Internet.

Tbh I didn't want to see it, so I got my news off of Optimus, who's normally family friendly in his approach.
