Up for nomination/Up for evicition

Can someone please clarify the correct term because I literally want to throw something at telly whenever someone says "Up for nomination" :fist:

Surely, it's up for eviction??!!

It’s “up for eviction” :joker:

Technically they are always “up for nomination”

It was mainly on Late and Live last night, both Will and Henrys Mum said it!

It’s up for eviction, technically they’re all “up for nomination” but those with the most nominations go “up for eviction”.

Up for eviction, but the hms seem to say up for nomination every year. I used to think they got it from the previous hms, but the last series was years ago
