I've had a mass clear out.

I've had a mass clear out of my clothes, most of which no longer fit me as I've actually managed to lose 2 dress sizes this year. Gone from a size 24 to a size 20. It's very therapeutic  I'm still bigger than I'd like to be but I'm feeling positive.

Some have gone in the bin, some are going to the charity shop. I'm gonna treat myself after Christmas to a few new things.

How often do you have clear outs? Do you recycle?

I used to change women regularly but I’ve slowed down a bit

…and so you should feel positive, that’s some very disciplined weight loss so well done you……

I had a mass clearout too.

About six weeks ago.

Everything from clothes, to broken old electric equipment. Rather than get a skip because they're hugely expensive, I put everything in black bin bags. Ended up 14 bin bags.

Bin men took two bags a week away. Now only 2 bags left. :p

Well done Kate, 4 dress sizes is an amazing loss, keep going, you will feel so much better for it

we had a massive clear out when we moved in May, I must have taken 20 bin bags to the charity shop, I freecycled some stuff as well, like old paint pots and garden stuff, its a great feeling, I had an email from the charity shop as I ticked the gift aid box to say the stuff made 648.00  I am a compulsive clothes and book shopper though

My daughter goes on a clear out mission every few weeks.
She has sold loads on vinted recently, made over a grand.
She is itching for us to eventually unpack the rest of our belongings so she can go crazy.

Our belongings have been in storage boxes for 5 years:blush:
