Well helloooo

I am back! Love me. No, really. To summarise my holiday:

9 hour delay at GIA
Sat next to 2 Weegie bams for the whole flight (one was a Rangers supporter, the other was a Celtic waaan. I have no idea why they were sitting next to each other either.)
Sweltering heat when we arrived in Corfu, and guess who was wearing jeans and a jumper? -_-
Were given fans because the villa had no air conditioning
Had to drive north for an hour and a half, in the dark, in Corfu (crazy Greek drivers) and nearly got smashed into by some maniac.
Couldn't find the villa in the dark
Eventually found the villa, and arrived there at 11.30 at night.
We had an ostrich next door. Called Olly. Whom we fed apples. I took pictures.
Being immature, we spotted all the funny place name signs (Fagopotion, Fetich..) and took pictures.
Our holiday rep kept visiting the villa, so my brother was convinced he was a paedophile/stalker.
We went into one of the really old towns and some crazy old woman kept laughing at us.
We saw loads of priests dressed in black.
A bunch of Albanian gypsies kept trying to sell us roses.
Two separate occasions I was asked if I wanted an alcoholic drink by bar staff. (Wahey!)
The waitress in one of the restaurants blatantly fancied me ;)
I am the best navigator ever.
They have shrines on the side of the roads where somebody has died.
I bought a mini guitar for 18 euros, pan pipes for 6.

Plus, lots of swimming and sunning xD

Ooft, it feels good to be back.

And Mark, yeah he's getting married in Italy. Ooft, excitement xD

And Lauren, do we!? o_O Never seen that around here, but their shrines were quite brightly coloured and had olive oil in them o_o

So very random, but it was great. I recommend it!

Lauren 12-07-2007 12:15 PM

Amongst other things. I'm fairly convinced one had something a bit rude in it, but I wasn't exactly going to double check or anything >____>

Bwahahaha, and my mother was in a mood all day at one point, so when my dad, my brother and I were keeping out of her way, we were playing cards and making bets that the loser had to go ask her if she wanted lunch, or if she was coming outside, or whatever. Which was great fun, seeing as I kept losing. -___-;;
