Have you seen any houses with Christmas lights up yet?

To my disbelief I have on a nearby street. Full on decs and lights, tree up and garden also decorated. Crazy!

How early is too early in your opinion.

It doesn't bother me if people want to put up their decs early, some of the early ones collect for charities, but personally Dec is soon enough

Some of my neighbours already have their Christmas lights on outside.

Yes, one house yesterday during my jog. It's just way too early for all that.

Ours are getting started on Sunday.
Daughter putting her tree up Saturday, then our garlands and swags Sunday.
Hopefully she will get the trees up after work one night.

It’s a celebration of light over dark in Hindu and a couple of other religions.
