I predict Nigel Vs Angela R in the dance off with Angela leaving

Is bobby's couples choice dedicated to his mum Jade?

maybe mentioning his mom Jade in this weeks VT but i think it more is a tribute to his dad Jeff, raising him and his brother on his own away from the spotlight all those years after Jade had died

Layton having 3 dance styles in his american smooth (Waltz, Foxtrot and Jazz) so another showdance for him :hehe: also waltz and foxtrot are a complete polar opposite to each other, waltz does not require rise and fall at all, and foxtrot needs rise and fall

could be a tough one to predict this week, but yes i agree with you Jake, Angela might be in trouble, when we look at her last party latin (Samba) she did, which had a mixed bag of comments and scores

think Annabel has a pretty good dance and music choice again, although the shorter straw this week for Ellie as i don't know how that song will sound tangofied :umm2: why not traditional tango music for her

Jus tried to listen to this woman's work it already has me emotional. Definitely will be shedding a few tears watching him and Dianne performing it and Jeff being in the audience

Jesus Christ!

I think it's definitely between Layton, Angela S & Nigel to hit the bottom two this week looking at those dances.

At least Bobby will join Zara in actually rebounding in the vote.

Hopefully the Big Band can sing it.

Both Kate Bush and Maxwell deliver strong vocals in their versions, if the Big Band struggle to sing it that could impact Bobby's performance in a negative way.

I still think and hope that he can rebound this week.

Maxwell's version is very soul, r&b

so i think Tommy can sing it quite well

a weekend filled with entertainment for the BBC this week

Saturday: right before strictly, the first of the Doctor Who anniversary specials (and we can say that some strictly stars will appear in that with a little cameo role ;))
Saturday: Strictly (the fight for who can make it into next weeks musical quarter finals)
Sunday: Junior Eurovision: Live from Nice, France (where you guys have to support and vote for the talented girl group Stand Uniqu3)

and to close things off on sunday with the results show of strictly

Yeah Nicky I'm very much looking forward to doctor who. Sadly I don't think strictly will feel very exciting. It always feels a bit dull after Blackpool week. And it will be like an hour long? Will prefer musicals week next week. Also I don't think anyone in the UK watches junior Eurovision

i'm mostly excited about Annabel's Paso, Bobby's emotional rollercoaster Couples Choice, and i'm kinda hoping Nigel can be at least better than Angela so if he falls into the bottom two against the latter he has a decent chance of surviving

not keen on Layton's confusing fusion of an american smooth + also that song is extremely annoying

of course it is always boring after the spectacular blackpool special week

as for JESC, it's enjoyable, somehow has that eurovision magic back in the golden years when there was mainly native languages, those girls of Stand Uniqu3 actually premiered it on It Takes Two last week thursday and the day afterwards they were on children in need
