Best movie endings of all time?

I have one. Just watched the last bit of Robin Hood Prince of Thieves with Kevin Costner.

Your choice(s)?

I always felt Scarface ending was pretty epic

On golden pond.

The original untouched ending of Return of the Jedi. They've just defeated the Empire, the rebels and the ewoks are having a firelit celebration, Luke sees the spirits of his father, Obi-Wan, and Yoda looking upon him with pride and affection, etc.

That is one of the most emotional endings also.

The test audiences didn't like the original ending where you didn't know if they reunited so they added the beach scene.

Titanic. Although it does annoy me the man who she spent the rest of her life with an bore children and grandchildren from she goes back to Jack who she had an affair with for a couple of days. But it's poignant.

Batman '89. Batman standing triumphant and watchful atop a gargoyle, the bat-signal shining brightly up in the sky, that beautiful Danny Elfman score playing it out.
