I haven't watched it for about 25 years.

I find the thing too long, particularly the voting which is always political.

You'd swear that no other country has ever sent any weird entries before [emoji23] the song is shite though (what's new from us though in recent years?)

We need the UK picking horrendous songs most years, just for the UK public to then complain when said **** entry does bad.

And we need Germany to finish in the bottom two every year even when their entry was really good (like last year's German entry) it's just the order of things.

Cancelling Eurovision ruins these two things that unites society when they inevitably happen.

only winner i predicted correctly was 2011 Azerbaijan Running Scared, only magic moment for me in this contest
